I'm Sascha, ace enby artist based Elgin, IL USA with my cat Doctor (yes after Doctor Who). Aside from art I enjoy playing TTRPGs, I currently run a World of Darkness: Hunter campaign. I also play in a couple more campaigns (Pathfinder 2e,7th Sea, & Lancer). I enjoy baking, knitting & playing Final Fantasy 14.I'm half of the Moonlight Ink team. We've published 3 volumes of SoulBound (YA fantasy/horror) & are currently working on StarChasers (scifi/horror).

SoulBound is a fantasy/horror novel series that follows Jaelyn in her journey of understanding the strength of her soul while in search of her siblings. The series is brought to life by long time friends Aaron Waseskuk (author, he/him) and Sascha Mendez (artist, any pronouns). The duo call back to manga/anime that have influenced them such as Naruto, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Sailor Moon.
